FROM  MILAN

The train journey from Milan to San Benedetto del Tronto lasts about five hours. The regional train from San Benedetto del Tronto to Ascoli Piceno takes about thirty minutes

Just a word of caution: On Sunday and holidays or late in the evening there are no trains running from San Benedetto del Tronto to Ascoli Piceno. You need to take the blue “START” bus at the terminus, Hotel Gioli stop.

FROM ROME

You can arrive by bus or by car, the journey lasts two and a half hours along a wonderful panoramic road (S4). As an alternative, you can take the highway (A24 E80) in direction Teramo. The journey lasts two hours.

You can take the START bus to Ascoli Piceno from Fiumicino Airport or from Via Castro Pretorio (turn right from Termini station exit to reach via Castro Pretorio, 84).

The airport is near Ancona (in the Marche region). It is 130 Km far from Ascoli Piceno.
